Café sells cold storage, cooking and dish care pieces built to match across a kitchen, and its manuals lean on the same Sabbath-mode setting GE Appliances uses across the family rather than a Café-specific set of codes. A Café install is mostly about the finish carrying through — panel-ready fronts, matching hardware kits, a wine or beverage column sitting level next to a French-door unit — with the electronics staying quiet unless a mode is switched on by hand. We take on Café cold storage, cooking and dish care installs; Café does not sell a laundry line in the US, so that group is outside this brand's scope here. ### Matched finishes across categories Café sells its cold storage, cooking and dish care pieces to be installed together as a finished kitchen, so hardware kits and panel fronts are specified by the same finish code across categories rather than chosen appliance by appliance. ### Sabbath mode reads the same across the line Café's own manuals describe the same button-hold sequence for entering Sabbath mode on a beverage center and on a French-door refrigerator, just with the confirming letters shown differently, which means an installer who has seen it once recognizes it on the next model. ### A beverage or wine column needs its own leveling pass A slim beverage or wine column is more sensitive to a few degrees of tilt than a full-size refrigerator, since its narrower footprint gives less margin before a door starts to swing on its own. ### Panel-ready fronts are a second delivery Café's panel-ready dish care and cold storage models ship without their finished front, so the panel itself often arrives separately through a cabinet supplier and has to be fitted and aligned as its own step. Parts Panel kits, trim kits and matching hardware are ordered by finish code from Café's own accessories line, and a install is only finished once the panel-ready front is on and aligned. Repair or replace A Café unit that will not leave Sabbath mode or shows nothing but a frozen display is almost always a mode setting rather than a failure, so the visit is finished by clearing the setting rather than by any part. Check for the letters SA on the display before assuming anything is wrong. That is Café's Sabbath setting, entered and cleared with the same button combination, and the unit keeps cooling normally the entire time the display looks frozen. ### Does a Café panel-ready dish care machine arrive with its front finished? No. The panel-ready front is ordered separately to match the surrounding cabinets and is fitted on site, so the finished look only comes together once that panel is aligned and attached during the visit. ### How much does leveling matter on a narrow Café beverage column? More than it does on a full-width refrigerator. A slim column has less base to work with, so even a small tilt can make a heavy door swing open on its own, and the leveling legs are checked with a level rather than by eye. --- **[Read on the site: Café Appliance Installation | ApplianceInstallation.center](https://applianceinstallation.center/brands/cafe/)** **[Book a visit with ApplianceInstallation.center](https://applianceinstallation.center/schedule/)**
