Signature Kitchen Suite's built-in cold storage, cooking and dish care pieces are documented in owner's manuals that name water, drain and leveling problems as their own separate codes rather than folding them into one generic alert, and a Sabbath setting rounds out the cold storage line. An SKS install is finished when the water inlet, the drain and the leveling legs each check out against what the manual describes for that specific code. We take on SKS cold storage, cooking and dish care installs; SKS does not sell a laundry line in the US. ### Water inlet and drain are two separate codes SKS documents a water inlet code and a drainage code separately on its dish care line, each pointing at checking for a clogged, kinked or frozen hose on that specific side of the connection. ### One code covers both suds and leveling SKS's own troubleshooting table lists oversudsing from the wrong detergent and a dishwasher that has not been leveled properly under the same code, so the fix depends on ruling one cause out before the other. ### A rear shipping brace can be removed for clearance SKS documents a removable rear shipping brace on its dish care line specifically for installs under a low countertop, which is a packaging detail rather than a permanent part of the unit. ### Sabbath mode is a button-and-wake sequence SKS's cold storage manual documents waking the display first, then holding two buttons together, to enter Sabbath mode, which is a slightly different sequence from the simpler single hold some other family brands use. Parts SKS specifies its water supply tube fittings, drain hose routing and leveling hardware in the same owner's manual that documents its error codes. Repair or replace The SKS codes that appear on a new dish care or cold storage installation are almost all tied to a hose, a detergent choice or a leveling leg, so the visit is usually finished by correcting that rather than by any part. SKS's own manual ties this to a water inlet problem — a clogged, kinked or frozen inlet hose, or the house water supply not being on. Checking both before calling for service resolves most first-week cases. ### My new SKS dish care machine shows a bE code — is that the same problem every time? Not necessarily. SKS documents this code for either oversudsing from the wrong detergent or a dishwasher that has not been properly leveled, so the fix depends on which cause applies. Confirming the detergent is a dishwasher-specific one and checking level with a spirit level narrows it down. ### Why is there a metal brace across the back of my new SKS dish care machine? That is a rear shipping brace, and SKS documents it as removable when extra clearance is needed to fit the unit under a low countertop. It is a packaging detail from delivery, not a part the appliance needs to run. --- **[Read on the site: Signature Kitchen Suite Appliance Installation](https://applianceinstallation.center/brands/sks/)** **[Book a visit with ApplianceInstallation.center](https://applianceinstallation.center/schedule/)**
