The shipping bolts that hold the drum still in transit may still be in the back panel, one leveling leg may be off the floor, the lock nuts may be loose so the legs creep, or the floor itself may slope more than the legs can take up. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Does E32 mean I loaded the laundry machine wrong? Not necessarily. Bosch's own explanation is that the machine detected an imbalance and is protecting itself; an uneven mix of large and small items is the most common cause, but an unlevel machine can trigger it too. ### How do I check if a new laundry machine is actually level? Place a level on top of the machine both side to side and front to back, then adjust the feet until it reads flat in both directions rather than trusting how it looks by eye. ### Will E32 clear on its own once I fix the load or the leveling?
