Carrollwood was founded in 1959 and built out through the 1960s by developer Matt Jetton's Sun State Homes company, which put up more than 900 homes near Lake Carroll by 1970. ## What Carrollwood does to an appliance. A tornado outbreak that swept through Central Florida on April 4, 1966, struck Carrollwood directly. The community sits at 39 feet of elevation, bordered by Lake Magdalene to the north, Tampa to the east, Egypt Lake to the south and Carrollwood Village, a later addition, to the west. [All of Tampa Bay](https://applianceinstallation.center/locations/tampa-bay/) ### Mixed housing Where a century-old house and last decade's rebuild share a block, installing an appliance can mean a wide garage door on one lot and a narrow back stair on the next, so every delivery path is measured on its own. ### Family houses Where children are in the house, no cooking unit is set in place without its anti-tip bracket, and an installation there fixes the bracket, engages the leg and tests it by tilting the unit gently forward before the crew leaves. ### A second unit to hook up Bar ice makers and beverage units added to a basement or a pantry often need a water line and a drain where none existed, and an installation there may add a drain pump when no gravity drain is close by. ## A visit in Carrollwood.
