Where we work
Appliance
installation,
where you are.
Our service area: 433 areas across 9 metros, 102 of them with a page of their own so far. Each page is about what that place does to an appliance — high-rise kitchens in Miami and New York where a new unit has to fit the freight elevator before it fits the opening, propane homes outside Houston and Tampa Bay whose ranges need a conversion kit before the first light, and older Chicago two-flats where a new laundry pair meets a two-prong outlet and a crushed foil vent — rather than about the place itself.

Each one is a different problem for the same appliance. Open a metro for its counties, and a county for the places inside it.

What we come out for
The same ten installations in every area above. Which one it turns out to be is what the visit decides.
Pre-installation site check
A visit before you order: opening, path in, gas, water, drain, power and exhaust checked against the spec sheet.
Gas hookup and leak check
A new gas appliance joined to your shutoff with a new connector, every joint leak-tested, flames read.
Water supply and shutoff connection
New supply lines from a working quarter-turn stop to each water appliance, tested under pressure.
Drain and air gap connection
Drain hoses run through a high loop, air gap or standpipe, clamped and proved on a first drain.
Laundry exhaust run installation
A metal exhaust path from a new dryer to the outdoors: short transition, taped joints, a working hood.
Hood ducting and fan installation
A hood hung and ducted outdoors at full size, with a working damper and makeup air planned.
Built-in and panel-ready fitting
Built-in columns, drawers, wall ovens and panel-ready models set to the cutout, anchored, connected, and custom panels hung and aligned.
Stacking kit and pedestal installation
A matched laundry pair stacked with the maker's kit, or raised on its pedestals, then leveled, connected and run together.
Anti-tip bracket and leveling
Anti-tip bracket fastened and engaged, leveling legs set, doors square, every foot firm.
Old appliance disconnect and removal
The old unit shut off, disconnected, capped and carried out, its opening cleaned for the new one.

My town has no page of its own. Do you still install there?
Does an installation cost more farther from the office?
Why would where I live change how an appliance goes in?
I am fitting out a rental and my own kitchen. One booking or two?
