ready.

Any of these shortens the call. The brand and the model number decide whether the part comes on the first visit.

The new model number

From the order or the carton; the installation instructions for that exact model set the cutout and the hookups.

Error codesAny message on the screen

A demo banner, a no-water or drain warning, or a code on the first run, written down as it shows.

ProblemsWhat is behind the opening

A gas stub, a water valve, a drain, an outlet, an exhaust hole in the wall, or nothing yet.

The delivery date

When the store brings the appliance, and whether they carry it in or leave it at the door.

For the heart of your home.

Before
you call.

Are you the maker's or the store's installer?
No. We are an independent business, and no appliance maker or retailer sends us or oversees our work. A brand on this site means we fit its appliances and nothing more. If a store sold you an installation package, check what it covers before booking us so you do not pay twice.
I rent my home. Who arranges the installation?
It depends on who owns the appliance and what the lease says. A landlord replacing a built-in usually books it; a tenant bringing in a laundry pair usually does. Ask first, and put the landlord's or manager's contact in the notes if they should get the paperwork.
How do I change the day of my installation?
Phone us with the address and the new date, ideally the moment the store confirms a new delivery window. Gate codes, parking and a dog to keep in can be sorted on the same call.
Will you answer a fit or hookup question by phone for free?
Yes. The trip fee is printed on the form, and a quick question about whether a model suits your opening costs nothing. The installation itself is priced at the house after the space has been seen.
