Book a visit
Book an appliance
installation visit.
One short form books an installation for a single new appliance or a whole kitchen, and it asks for no card. You owe nothing until the technician has seen the opening and the hookups and told you what the job involves.

What the form asks,
and why.
The office reads your notes against the maker's installation instructions before the van leaves, which is how the right gas connector, supply line, duct or bracket ends up on board. Sending the request commits you to nothing, and the installation is priced once the opening has been seen.
Have the model number to hand if you can find it: our guide to the paperwork that comes with a new appliance covers the usual places.
Rather talk? (844) 638-8309Step oneThe new appliance and the old one
What is going in and which group it belongs to, its make and model, gas or electric, freestanding or built-in, and whether an old unit has to be disconnected and carried out. That decides the length of the visit and which connector, hose, duct or kit comes along.
Step twoDelivery day or after
Morning or afternoon, on the day the store delivers or any day after. The appliance needs to be in the house, still in its carton if you like.
Step threeWhat is already behind the opening
Which floor it goes on and how the path gets there (stairs, a tight turn, an elevator), whether a gas stub, a water valve, a drain and an outlet already sit behind the space, and where the shutoffs and the breaker panel are. A photo of the empty opening saves the most time.
After you book,
the visit.
The three steps above are the booking. These four are what happens once a technician is in your home.
What installations costThe opening and the hookups, checked first
Before the carton is cut, the technician measures the opening against the maker's cutout drawing and looks at what is waiting behind it: the gas shutoff, the water valve, the drain, the outlet and the exhaust path. Anything that needs a new circuit, a new gas line or a plumber's rough-in is named then, before anything is fixed in place.
Connected the way the instructions say
The old unit disconnected and moved out, the new one unpacked and its shipping blocks removed, then the gas connector, supply line, drain hose, exhaust duct or power cord fitted with the parts the maker lists. Every gas joint gets a leak check and every water joint is watched under pressure.
Set in, leveled and secured
The appliance slides into place without crushing a hose or a duct, the feet are set until it sits level and the doors meet the cabinet line, and the anti-tip bracket, mounting clips, panel kit or stacking kit goes on as the instructions show.
A first run with you there
The appliance runs a first cycle or heats up while you watch, showroom and demo modes are switched off, and you are shown the shutoffs and the controls that matter. You keep the installation instructions, a note of what was connected and anything the house still needs, such as an outlet an electrician should replace.
Before the
technician arrives.
Three things that make the first visit the only one.
What a code meansGas, water, heat or a trip after a first attempt? Leave it off
If someone has already tried to connect the appliance and you smelled gas, found water, smelled burning, tripped a breaker or saw the exhaust loose, do not run it again to see. Close the gas or water valve, leave the breaker off, keep the dryer unplugged, and say so in the booking.
Keep the paperwork that came in the box
The installation instructions, the owner's manual and any bag of brackets, screws or feet taped inside the carton. Those parts are made for that model, and the instructions settle every clearance question on the day.
Clear the path and the opening
Empty the cabinets beside the opening, take everything off the floor between the door and the kitchen or laundry, move rugs and cars, and hold the elevator if the building needs one reserved. Pets behind a closed door keep the path clear while the old unit goes out.
