Check that both the faucet and the water supply valve behind the unit are fully open. ZLINE's own troubleshooting code for a slow fill lists a closed faucet, a restricted water intake and low water pressure ahead of anything mechanical.
Why is a new ZLINE dish care machine leaking from underneath?
The manual lists an unlevel dishwasher as one of its own listed causes for a leak, and points the installer back to the installation manual's leveling steps rather than to a part inside the tub.
